We'll walk through the steps to setting a goal, making a plan, and tracking your progress towards achieving it. The app is to support you along the way, give you a place to track your progress, and provide encouragement and information to hep you reach this goal and more in the future. Each week includes a few simple journalling exercise to give you a view on your decisions, your motivations, and the influences around you. There are also information bits that help you get on track for a well informed future. No step is required. If you want to skip it just hit "Complete" and move on to the next one. The choice is yours. This is your journey and your goal.
